Jamal Mohsin is a veteran of the financial industry. After 25 successful years working as a stock broker and financial advisor, he started a Muslim matrimonial event service.
The Millanus Team has volunteered time to build the organization to what it is today. They have learned just by doing. Millanus appreciates all volunteer help and constructive feedback.
Mr. Mohsin has an MBA in Finance and MA in Journalism. He has always been involved in the community and has helped his friends and acquaintances find jobs and life partners. Mr. Mohsin had been in management for 11 years during which he hired and trained new recruits to become financial advisors. Before establishing his own financial planning firm MJM Investments in 2002, he has worked with several major financial institutions; UBS/PaineWebber, Prudential Securities, Met Life and NY Life.
People had been asking him for his help in finding a match for their children because he is in touch with the Muslim community in the tri-state area. He realized that there was a need in the community for an organization like MillanUS.com. In 2007, the first MillanUS event was held with great success.
